Serdar Paylaşan graduated from the Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Political Science and Public Administration. He began his professional career as an inspector at Akbank and subsequently served as Fraud and Revenue Assurance Manager at Türk Telekom between 2010 and 2016, followed by roles as Risk Consultancy Manager at Deloitte and Risk and Control Manager at Kibar Holding. In 2018, he joined Kazancı Holding as Risk and Control Director. Serdar Paylaşan was appointed Vice President of Risk Management at Kazancı Holding in January 2023.
