  1. Aksa Energy signed an agreement for the establishment of a new natural gas combined cycle power plant with an installed capacity of 350 MW in Kumasi, Ghana, and the guaranteed sales of the electricity produced at the plant in US dollars for 20 years.
  2. Aksa Energy signed an agreement for the establishment of a new natural gas combined cycle power plant with an installed capacity of 430 MW in Tallimarjon, Uzbekistan, and the guaranteed sales of the electricity produced in US dollars for 25 years.
  3. Aksa Energy obtained preliminary licenses for wind and solar power plants with integrated storage, with a total capacity of 831.41 MW, in 8 cities in Türkiye.
