Ersan Devrez graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics in 2000 as the top-ranking student of his department. He commenced his professional career in the same year at Koç Tüketici Finansmanı A.Ş. After serving as a manager in various companies, he joined Kazancı Holding in 2006. In 2010, he was appointed Accounting Manager for the Agriculture and Tourism Companies, in 2012 Accounting Manager for the Energy Group Companies, in 2014 Director of Electricity Sales Operations, and in 2016 Holding Finance Director. As of January 2023, Ersan Devrez has been serving as the Vice President of Financial Affairs at Kazancı Holding. 

Ersan Devrez is also a Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant and holds an Independent Auditor’s Licence issued by the Public Oversight Authority.
