Fırat Gazel obtained his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Middle East Technical University and has served in managerial positions within leading communication-focused organisations in Turkey for more than 28 years.

After working as a reporter at Dünya Newspaper between 1995 and 2002, Mr Gazel held the position of News Manager at Tercüman Newspaper from 2003 to 2011, followed by a Senior Executive role at Steam between 2011 and 2012.

Fırat Gazel, who served as Director of Economy–Finance News at Anadolu Agency between 2014 and 2024, was appointed Corporate Communications Director of Kazancı Holding in October 2024.
