Gülay Savaşan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language and a Master’s degree in Education of the Gifted and Talented from Istanbul University. She further advanced her HR expertise through Human Resources Management training at Istanbul Technical University.

She began her HR career in 2007 at Genpa, part of Erdem Holding, in the Training Department, where she led initiatives in organizational development, performance management, and digital transformation of HR processes. From 2014 to 2021, she served as Global HR Manager at Anel Group, overseeing HR operations across multiple countries and driving strategic HR programs.

Since 2021, she has been Human Resources Group Manager at Aksa Enerji Üretim A.Ş. In 2024, she also took on leadership of HR operations at Kazancı Holding, and as of 2026, she serves as Human Resources Director at Kazancı Holding.
